Yeah, if you download the X-52 Pro software from the Saitek website, you have something called 'Profile Editor' under the start menu folder 'Smart Technology'. You should be able to open the file in that application and choose to test the profile to activate it. Then just run the game and all the buttons will be working as Saurbaum listed.
So, now both the X52Pro AND the X52 'ELITE' setup are compatible with HCS voice packs.

It is working with the latest release of Astra that came out this week with all of the engineer locations, on my mark commands, and ED Journal interactions.

The Alternate flight commands are now working properly with a 'hack' I made to the binds file. You can now activate all 9 axis of controls on the stick and throttle with the press of a button allowing horizontal and vertical fine tuned control. They aren't on all the time now! Only upon request. :-D

Saitek X52 Profile Editor
Mar 23, 2009 I made 4 profiles for the X52 Pro: 1) IL-2 profile, works for all versions up to the latest 1946. 2) LockOn:FC Profile 3) Falcon 4: Allied Force 4) Wings Over Vietnam (same profile as Strike Fighters, Wings Over Europe, First Eagles). I put them in 1 zip file: download the zip: just dump them into an empty directory and put them in your Saitek folder. Logitech Saitek X52 Pro Software, Driver Update, Setup for Windows-The HOTAS is big, I more than six foot/184 cm and have hands in proportion to my dimension and still locate the stay with be huge.
We also added a 'pip', by default, to mark the center of your screen. Hopefully useful for fixed weapons, and aligning with targets.
